22-inch carbide-tipped blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal, built to fit the Behringer Eisele VA-L 560 NC3 aluminum circular saw. This industrial blade has 96 teeth with a triple chip grind (TCG), -5° hook angle, on a 40mm bore with a 4/12/64 drive-pin pattern (four 12mm pins on a 64mm circle). This quality industrial saw blade is made for clean production cuts on medium-wall extrusion and profile.
The 96-tooth count sits in the middle of the 22" range — enough teeth for a clean edge on medium-wall extrusion and profile, while still clearing chips better than a fine finishing blade. The -5° negative hook keeps the cut controlled and stops the blade grabbing the work, which matters on a high-feed production saw. The triple-chip grind shears each cut in two stages, so it holds a clean edge and outlasts a flat-top tooth on non-ferrous work.
The Behringer Eisele VA-L 560 NC3 is a fully automatic aluminum circular saw with servo-driven clamping and feed, built for high-repeatability production cutting and a clean, low-vibration finish. It runs blades up to 560mm, and at 558.8mm with a 40mm bore and the 4/12/64 pin pattern, this blade matches its spindle.
This blade is sized for the Eisele VA-L spindle as listed. If you need a different bore or pin layout, we modify in-house, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Need it sooner? What it cuts
Aluminum extrusion, profile, and plate, plus copper, brass, and rigid plastics. For the best finish and the longest blade life, run a wax stick or a light mist — it pulls heat off the tips and keeps aluminum from welding to the carbide.
