Wasn't sure on the type of blade this time, called and spoke to a tech and he walked me through it. Excellent service and quick shipping too. Sent me a form so I can send my other 2 blades back for sharpening!

The only small complaint was they had the wrong information about tooth count for thicknesses of materials.
