Doringer Cold Saw Blades

Choosing the right blade configuration helps maximize cutting performance while extending service life in demanding fabrication environments. Doringer cold saw blades are available in multiple material grades and thicknesses, making it easier to match the blade to your production requirements and the metals you cut most often. Proper blade selection can improve cut quality, reduce unnecessary wear, and help keep your operation running efficiently with consistent, repeatable results.

Doringer makes a 300 and a 350 model machine. The 300 models can take a maximum diameter blade of 300mm and the 350 model's maximum blade diameter is 350mm. Some 300 model machines have been converted to use a maximum diameter blade of 315mm.

All Doringer machines have a 40mm arbor.

All of these blades come in different thicknesses (2.0, 2.5, & 3.0). We recommend the thinner blades when cutting thinner material (thin-wall pipe (.0625" and under) and the thicker blades when cutting heavy material such as solids or very heavy-walled pipes.
