Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping via USPS Priority Mail for orders over USD 100.00. Additionally, we offer UPS Ground and expedited shipping options at an extra charge.

We strive to fulfill orders the same day, and most items are in stock and will ship within 24 hours. However, our blades are typically stocked without teeth to allow for greater flexibility. Therefore, we must grind them on our CNC equipment to ensure they meet the unique requirements of each application. These orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders for UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® must be placed before 10 AM PST. Any RUSH orders placed after 10 AM PST will risk being shipped the following business day.

Returns/Warranty

Cold Saw Shop guarantees the workmanship of every cold saw blade we sell. Each blade we send out will always be of the highest quality. Any blades with defects in the material or workmanship will be accepted for return or exchange.

Although very rare, broken cold saw blades or blades with stripped teeth will not be allowed to be returned or exchanged. These instances most always only occur from improper use such as using the blade in an application it was not intended to be used. However, each case is unique and we would be happy to accommodate you with a solution should this occur.

Please be aware of the saw blade spec you need for your specific machine. The most common arbor hole sizes are 32 and 40mm. 38 and 50mm arbors are less common but are used on a few manufacturer's machines.

If you need to return blades due to an error in your order, please note that a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost may apply.

If you have any questions about your order, we are always available on our direct line (855) 729-7732. A real person will always answer our phones.
