Returns/Warranty


At Cold Saw Shop, we stand behind the workmanship of every cold saw blade we sell. You can always expect the highest quality from us. In the rare event that a blade has material or workmanship defects, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges.

Blades that are broken or have stripped teeth cannot be returned or exchanged. These issues generally arise due to improper usage, such as using the blade for a task it was not designed for. For more information on this, please give us a call or check out our blog.

If you happen to order the wrong size, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. However, please keep in mind that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Additionally, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
