22" x 72T Carbide-Tipped Saw Blade for Aluminum – CTC, 1-1/2" Bore (NF2272CTC)

22-inch carbide-tipped blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal. This industrial blade has 72 teeth with a California Triple Chip (CTC) grind and a heavier .220" kerf, on a 1-1/2" bore. This quality industrial saw blade is built for heavy cuts on thick-wall extrusion and solid non-ferrous stock, and the 1-1/2" bore fits MetlSaw and similar production spindles.

The 72-tooth count paired with the heavier .220" kerf is made for cutting load, not fine finish. Fewer teeth and a wider kerf give the gullets room to clear chips in thick and solid material, where a higher count would pack up and burn. The CTC grind carries a tooth built to take the heavier load this kind of production cutting puts on it. For thin-wall or finish work, step up to a higher tooth count.

This blade is sized for a 1-1/2" spindle as listed. If you need a different bore or a specific pin pattern, we modify in-house, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Need it sooner?
