22-inch carbide-tipped blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal. This industrial blade has 150 teeth with a triple chip grind (TCG), 0° hook angle with a 1" bore. This quality industrial saw blade is made to produce clean, fine-finish cuts on thin-wall extrusion and delicate profile.

The 150-tooth count is the finest in our 22" line, built for the cleanest possible edge on thin-wall extrusion and delicate profile where finish is everything. This one runs a 0° neutral hook rather than the negative rake on the lower counts. At 150 teeth the chip load per tooth is small, so the grab risk a negative hook guards against is minimal — the neutral hook trades a hair of that for a freer, cleaner shear, which is exactly what you want on light, finish-critical cuts. The triple-chip grind shears each cut in two stages, leaving a clean edge and outlasting a flat-top tooth on non-ferrous work. Keep it to thin and light-wall stock, though; a count this high will load up and burn in thick or solid material.

Standard bore is 1". We modify it to whatever size your machine takes, in-house, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Need it sooner? Our RUSH option ships same day or next day depending on when the order comes in. Call us directly to get front of the line: (855) 729-7732

What it cuts

Aluminum extrusion, profile, and plate, plus copper, brass, and rigid plastics. For the best finish and the longest blade life, run a wax stick or a light mist — it pulls heat off the tips and keeps aluminum from welding to the carbide.
