22" x 120T Carbide-Tipped Saw Blade for Aluminum – 1" Bore (NF2212)

22-inch carbide-tipped blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal. This industrial blade has 120 teeth with a triple chip grind (TCG), -5° hook angle with a 1" bore. This quality industrial saw blade is made to produce clean, fine-finish cuts on thin-wall extrusion, profile, and trim.

The 120-tooth count is in the fine-finish range for a 22" blade. The extra teeth leave a smoother edge on thin- and medium-wall extrusion, which makes it the better pick when cut quality matters more than raw feed rate. Keep it to lighter-wall stock, though — push a count this high through thick or solid material and the gullets can't clear chips fast enough. The -5° negative hook is the geometry you want on aluminum: it keeps the blade from grabbing and climbing, which is what causes denting and heavy burr on softer metals. The triple-chip grind shears each cut in two stages, so it leaves a clean edge and outlasts a flat-top tooth on non-ferrous work.
