22-inch carbide-tipped blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal. This industrial blade has 60 teeth with a California Triple Chip (CTC) grind, +5° hook angle with a 1" bore. This quality industrial saw blade is built for heavy, fast cuts on thick-wall extrusion, solid bar, and billet.
The 60-tooth count is the low end of our 22" range, and that's by design. Fewer, larger teeth and a heavier .220" kerf give the gullets room to clear chips when you're cutting thick or solid stock, where a high count would just pack up and burn. The +5° positive hook pulls the blade into the work for a faster feed, so it's the aggressive pick when throughput matters more than a glass-smooth edge. The CTC grind backs that up with a tooth built to take the heavier load this kind of cutting puts on it. For thin-wall or finish work, step up to a higher tooth count with a negative or neutral hook.
Standard bore is 1". We modify it to whatever size your machine takes, in-house, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Need it sooner? Our RUSH option ships same day or next day depending on when the order comes in. Call us directly to get front of the line: (855) 729-7732

What it cuts
Aluminum extrusion, profile, and plate, plus copper, brass, and rigid plastics. For the best finish and the longest blade life, run a wax stick or a light mist — it pulls heat off the tips and keeps aluminum from welding to the carbide.
