22-inch carbide-tipped blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metal. This industrial blade has 100 teeth with a triple chip grind (TCG), -5° hook angle with a 1" bore. This quality industrial saw blade is made to produce clean, controlled cuts on extrusion, profile, and small billets.
The 100-tooth count sits in the general-to-fine range for a 22" blade. It gives a smooth finish on thin- and medium-wall extrusion without the chip-clearance trouble you'd run into forcing a higher count through thicker stock. The -5° negative hook is the geometry you want on aluminum: it keeps the blade from grabbing and climbing, which is what causes denting and heavy burr on softer metals. The triple-chip grind shears each cut in two stages, so it leaves a clean edge and outlasts a flat-top tooth on non-ferrous work.
Standard bore is 1". We modify it to whatever size your machine takes, in-house, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Need it sooner? Our RUSH option ships same day or next day depending on when the order comes in. Call us directly to get front of the line: 855) 729-7732

What it cuts
Aluminum extrusion, profile, and plate, plus copper, brass, and rigid plastics. For the best finish and the longest blade life, run a wax stick or a light mist — it pulls heat off the tips and keeps aluminum from welding to the carbide.
