When cutting different shapes or sizes of material within a similar range, you can take the average of 2 to 3 applications to get a tooth count that works.
Technically, there is no universal blade that can cut everything. For example, cutting a 3x1 square tube with a .250" wall thickness will need a different blade than the application for cutting a 1x1 Square tube with a .062 wall thickness. In this case, you would absolutely need two different blades. One with fewer teeth and another blade with more teeth.
3x3 Square Tube with a 0.250" wall thickness requires a blade pitch of 8mm to 9mm - so, for example, a 350mm blade would need 120 to 140 teeth for this application.
1x1 Square Tube with a 0.0625" wall thickness requires a blade pitch of 4mm - so, for example, a 350mm blade would need 280 teeth for this application.
If you used the 120-tooth blade to cut the small square tube, it would catch and break teeth.
If you used the 280-tooth blade to cut the heavy-wall tube, it would cut very slowly and dull quickly.
